Our inviting and spacious studio in Ascot Vale offers a variety of yoga and pilates classes including Bikram Yoga, Hot Pilates, Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) and Yin Yoga.
Most of our classes are heated, for those who like to move, sweat and unwind!

Bikram Yoga

Bikram 90 minutes

90 m Bikram Hot Yoga is the "original hot yoga"! Also known as '26&2', this is a unique series of 26 Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) and 2 pranayama (breathing exercises) in a heated room - it's time to get sweaty!

The beginner series is designed to work the entire body and is conducted in a room heated to 40 degrees and 40% humidity in order to focus the mind, warm your body to assist flexibility, reduce muscle strain and encourage detoxification.

Suitable for all levels, Bikram Yoga is a challenging and strong practise that can take some getting used to, but with regular practise you will see the benefits after just a few classes. Hydrate well before class!

Bikram Express

Bikram Yoga Express

The 60 m Bikram Express Hot Yoga class is the 60 minute version of the traditional 90 minute Bikram class … just as hot and sweaty, and still with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, but with less breaks and set up time and just one set of some postures, instead of two.

The express class is best suited for experienced Bikram practitioners looking for a shorter practice. Although this class is suitable for all levels, we recommend that those brand new to Bikram try the 90 minute class first where possible, as it is a slower paced class allowing for more rest and easier to follow.

Yoga Flow (Vinyasa)

Our Yoga Flow classes are based on Vinyasa Yoga, an athletic and dynamic style of yoga where the body moves in connection with the breath with continuous movement known as a 'flow' from one asana (posture) to the next. Vinyasa is the style most commonly known just as "Yoga", with no two classes the same as each flow is an expression of the teachers creativity.

Offered 'Warm' and 'Hot', our Yoga Flow classes are an excellent way to connect body and mind while you move, sweat and unwind!

Heat: Warm = 24 C / Hot = 32 C
Intensity: Medium - High

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga with mostly floor based postures (asanas) held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues, ligaments and joints in the body, integrating relaxation and mindfulness for a practice of body and mind. You will be encouraged to focus deep into your body and feel the different types of sensations of connective tissue stretching. This practice is also great for people who have injuries and want to be careful but still stay connected to a physical practice. 

Suitable for all students and designed to improve flexibility, increase circulation, and relax the mind.

Hot HIIT Pilates

Hot HIIT Pilates

Hot HIIT Pilates is an upbeat, fun and challenging class consisting of traditional mat pilates exercises, plus a mix of high energy cardio exercises, resistance work and light hand held weights to get the heart rate up, strengthen your core, build muscle and tone your body.

Conducted in a 36 degree room, it will be one of the best and sweatiest workouts you've ever had ... you will leave feeling energised and inspired!

Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates

Got a mat? You are ready to go! Our Hot Mat Pilates class is a series of low-impact, controlled and sometimes weight resisted movement to build strength and stability, improve muscle tone and support good posture. If you don't know where your core abdominal muscles are, you will after mat pilates!

Hot Mat Pilates is conducted at 36 degrees, and will leave you feeling energised and sweaty.
