Our inviting studios in Ascot Vale and Lynbrook offer a range of yoga and pilates classes including Bikram Yoga , Hot Pilates, Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga and more. You will find more information about our different styles of Yoga and Pilates below. 

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we have made some minor changes to our class booking policy. We have reduced capacity in our studios to follow social distancing guidelines and as such we require you to pre-book for all classes. Please arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes before class starts otherwise your pre-registered space may be given to a waiting student. We understand this policy is not perfect, but we are trying to make the best of this difficult situation.

Bikram Yoga

Bikram 90 minutes

Bikram Yoga is ‘the original hot yoga’! A unique series of 26 hatha yoga postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room – it’s time to get sweaty. The series is designed to work the entire body and is conducted in a room heated to 40 degrees and 40% humidity in order to warm your body to assist flexibility, reduce muscle strain and encourage detoxification. Remember to hydrate well before class!
Suitable for all levels, Bikram Yoga is a challenging and strong practise that can take some getting used to, but with regular practise you will see the benefits in just a few classes.

Bikram Express

Bikram Express

A 60 minute version of the traditional 90 minute Bikram class … just as hot and sweaty, and still with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises but with less breaks and set up time. The express class is best suited for experienced Bikram practitioners looking for a shorter practise.
Although this class is suitable for all levels, we recommend that those new to Bikram try the 90 minute class first where possible as it is a slightly slower pace and easier to follow.
Class time: 60 mins

Yoga Flow (Vinyasa)

Yoga Flow (Vinyasa)

Our Yoga Flow classes are based on Vinyasa Yoga, an athletic and dynamic style of yoga where the body moves in connection with the breath with continuous movement known as a ‘flow’ from one asana to the next. Vinyasa is the style most commonly known just as “Yoga” with no two classes the same as each flow is an expression of the teachers creativity.
Suitable for all levels with modifications offered to make your practise more or less challenging – add on where you can or draw back when you need to – it’s your practise!
Offered at 3 different temperatures:
Yoga Flow – No heat: Heat is not added to the practise for those who prefer without, although you will still build heat internally with this dynamic practise.
Yoga Flow: The room is heated to a comfortable 24 degrees for extra warmth without too much intensity.
Hot Yoga Flow: The room is heated to 32 degrees for those who love to sweat and flow, because some like it hot!
Class time: 50 or 60 mins
Heat: No Heat /  24C / 32 C
Intensity: Medium – High

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga with mostly floor based postures (asanas) held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues, ligaments and joints in the body, integrating relaxation and mindfulness for a relaxing and meditative practice. You will be encouraged to focus deep into your body and feel the different types of sensations of connective tissue stretching. This practice is also great for people who have injuries and want to be careful but still stay connected to a physical practice. 
Suitable for all students and designed to improve flexibility, increase circulation, and relax the mind.
Class time: 60 mins

Hot HIIT Pilates

Hot HIIT Pilates

An upbeat, fun and challenging class with pop music, consisting of traditional mat pilates exercises, plus a mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance work and light hand held weights to strengthen your core, build muscle and tone your body. Conducted in a 34 – 36 degree room, it will be one of the best workouts you’ve had… you’ll leave feeling energised and inspired!
Class time: 50 mins (Lynbrook) / 55 mins (Ascot Vale)
Heat: 34 – 36 C
Intensity: High

Hot/Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates

Got a mat? You are ready to go! A series of controlled and sometimes weight resisted movement to build strength and stability. If you don’t know where your core abdominal muscles are, you will after mat pilates!
Class time: 45 mins
Heat: No heat
Intensity: Medium
Suitable for: All levels

Power Fusion

Power Fusion

Our special signature class, a combination of all of our classes and a total body workout! Start with a Vinyasa Yoga flow to get the body moving and building heat, before moving into a workout with light hand weights and incorporating pilates, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training before cooling down with some stretching and breath work.
Set to energising music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group with exercises such as planks, squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls, cardio and flows for a strong and stretchy practise designed for body and mind.
Suitable for all levels – take the provided breaks or keep powering through to suit your training needs.

Suitable for: All levels

Relaxation and Meditation

Relaxation and Meditation

A gentle class designed to connect body, breath and mind. This is a no-movement class, simply get comfortable in a lying or seated position as you are lead through a breathing exercise and a guided meditation / relaxation. A fantastic way to unwind and step away from life's hustle and bustle.
Each week we incorporate different breath work (pranayama), mindfulness techniques and relaxation methods mixing it up to help you find what works for you as an individual to unwind. All you need to do in this class is be present in the mind, sit back and relax.

Intensity: Low
Suitable for: All levels
