COVID Safe Plan
We encourage you to check our COVID Safe plan regularly for any updates as we change this in line with current Victorian Government mandates. The most recent update below is effective 23.4.2022.
Like all businesses, we have made important changes for everyone’s health and safety so before coming back to the studio, please view our COVID Safe plan below to ensure you are up to date with the changes and new safety protocols.
Effective 23.4.22 the Victorian Government has advised that patrons at physical recreation facilities (including Flex Studios) are no longer required to show proof of vaccination to attend.
Effective 23.4.22 the Victorian Government has advised that patrons at physical recreation facilities (including Flex Studios) are no longer required to wear masks.
If you would prefer to wear a mask at Flex Studios you are welcome to do so. You may also like to bring a fresh, clean, dry mask to wear after class.
We will be re-opening with a different schedule than what you are used to while we accommodate new government regulations, primarily to allow extra time for cleaning between classes and to minimise students crossing paths during changeover. We will be reviewing the schedule often and it will change as demand increases and restrictions ease, please bear with us.

From November 16th 2020:
- We recommend adding yourself to the waitlist if a class is fully booked as cancelations do happen.

- If you are no longer able to attend a class you are waitlisted for, please cancel your waitlist booking.
- If a confirmed student cancels more than 1 hour before the class, the next person on the waitlist will be added to the class and our cancelation policy and no show policy will apply. It is the students responsibility to check their booking to see if they have been added to the class from the waitlist.
- If a confirmed student cancels within the 1 hour before class, we will endeavour to add the next person on the waitlist manually. In this instance the late cancel and no show policy will not apply to the student added with less than 1 hours notice, however we ask that you respectfully cancel if you can not attend to make room for the next person on the list.
- Bookings will open 7 days prior

If you are displaying symptoms such as coughing, sniffles, fever and other cold and flu like symptoms you must stay at home. If you have tested positive for Covid-19, we will ask you to provide a negative test before returning to class.
If you are displaying any other symptoms of illness, you should also stay home. It is a common myth that you will “sweat it out” in the hot room, what your body needs is rest and you should wait until you are feeling better to return to class.
